This Privacy Policy explains how Bartecki Group sp. z o.o. (the “Bartecki Energy” brand) processes the personal data of people using the barteckienergy.eu website and contacting us.
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Bartecki Group sp. z o.o., ul. Franciszka Ilskiego 2B/8, 04-479 Warszawa (KRS 0000720383, NIP 5223114944, REGON 369554818).

2. What data we process
We process data you provide voluntarily via the contact form or during phone/e-mail contact:
- first name (and optionally surname),
- phone number and/or e-mail address,
- the subject and content of your enquiry,
- technical data (e.g. an anonymised IP identifier, submission date) - for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling your enquiry and getting back to you - Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR (pre-contractual steps / consent),
- marketing of our own services, if you give separate consent - Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
- ensuring site security and preventing abuse (e.g. form protection) - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
- establishing, pursuing or defending claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to processors acting on our behalf, in particular: hosting provider, e-mail service provider, the form-protection provider (Cloudflare - Turnstile) and - after consent - analytics tools (Google Analytics 4).
We do not sell data. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only under applicable law.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Using some tools (e.g. form protection or analytics) may involve transferring data to entities outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is based on appropriate safeguards, e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention
- contact enquiry data - for the time needed to handle the matter and then until any claims become time-barred,
- data processed based on consent (marketing) - until consent is withdrawn,
- data processed for security - for the period necessary for that purpose.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing),
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
8. Voluntariness and profiling
Providing data is voluntary but necessary to handle your enquiry. We do not make solely automated decisions and we do not profile you.
