What the programme is and whether it may apply to you
Clean Air (Czyste Powietrze) is a government programme supporting the replacement of inefficient heat sources and thermal upgrades of single-family homes. Scope and conditions depend, among other things, on income and the type of work.
- For owners and co-owners of single-family homes.
- May cover, among others, heat-source replacement, insulation and - under certain conditions - a PV micro-installation.
- In certain cases pre-financing may be available (part of the funds paid out before the work).

How much does working with you cost?

Do you guarantee the amount of funding?
No. The amount and whether it is granted depend on the current programme rules and your situation. We help you go through the process correctly, but we don’t promise specific amounts.
Do you also do the installation, or only advice?
Both. We advise and carry out the work: heat pumps, photovoltaics, thermal upgrades and heat-source replacement.
Do I need money upfront?
In certain cases the programme allows pre-financing. Whether it applies to you is something we’ll check together against the current rules.
Where do you operate?
We operate across Poland.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on the scope of work and the programme stage. After a conversation we provide an indicative timeline so you know what to expect.
Do you also help with the payment request and settlement?
Yes. We support not only at the application stage but also after delivery - with the settlement and payment request.
Can I apply if the house is co-owned?
Often yes, though there may be extra requirements (e.g. co-owners’ consents). We’ll assess your situation individually.
What if I don’t have an e-signature or trusted profile?
There are alternative ways to submit the application. We’ll advise what’s needed and the simplest way to handle it.
