Information clause (GDPR)

Pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR, we inform you about how we process personal data provided via the contact form or during contact with us.

Purpose and basis

We process data to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR), and - with separate consent - for marketing (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Retention

For the time needed to handle the matter and until claims become time-barred; “marketing” data - until consent is withdrawn.

Rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with the President of the UODO.

Voluntariness

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to contact you. We do not profile and do not make solely automated decisions.

Clean Air programme documents

As part of handling the Clean Air programme, separate information clauses may originate from the relevant Voivodeship Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW) and are provided at the delivery stage.
